COACHING TIMELINE VARIES ON SITUATIONS
First 3 months: Three months is a good minimum to start seeing initial progress and get traction. Short-term results, such as increased commitment to specific actions, may be noticeable within weeks.
6 months: A 6-month timeframe allows for more significant and sustained change to develop. Many relationships are built around this initial commitment.
6-12 months: This period is common for deeper, more impactful changes and is often recommended as a minimum commitment.
Beyond 12 months: The need for coaching beyond a year depends on the individual’s specific situation. Some clients may continue for ongoing support, while others may pause after achieving their initial goals.

Monthly Retainers:
Cost: $500–$1,000 per month.
Best for: Ongoing, long-term growth and support. This often includes a set number of calls per month and email access.

Cost: $1,000 – $3,000 for a program or set of sessions
Best for: Structured plans with clear end goals, such as a 3-month package of 6 sessions.
Group Coaching: $500– $1,000 per month per group a more affordable option.
Value-Based: Pricing based on the outcome or performance of the business, which can go higher.
